As we gear up for the upcoming academic year, we have important updates regarding bus routes that we want to share with you.
Due to a nationwide shortage of certified school bus drivers, we are facing a challenge that necessitates adjustments to our transportation system. Currently, we can only operate two large buses, leading to significant changes in our routes. This route schedule will be known as the Purple Bus Route Schedule.
To begin this school year, Nute Middle High School will start classes at 7:15 a.m. and end at 1:45 p.m. This change ensures timely transportation for Milton Elementary School students. We understand the impact of this on your family's routine and apologize for any inconvenience.
We are actively working to address the driver shortage and aim to return to a regular schedule by late fall.
