2024 SCHOOL DISTRICT POSITIONS
Per NH RSA 669:19 all school district candidates shall file a declaration of candidacy with the School Clerk beginning on Wednesday, January 24th, 2024, and ending on Friday, February 2nd, 2024. Below is a list of positions that will be on the school ballot.
(2) School Board Members (3-year Term)
If you would like to be a candidate for one of these positions listed above, the form will be available for you to print, at the timeframe noted above, on Face Book, the SAU website at https://www.sau64.org, the Town Clerk’s office, or you can email me at amy.weiss1234@gmail.com and I will forward the form to you.
I will also be available in person, at the Town Hall, on Friday, February 2nd, 3:00pm to 5:00pm. Please note this will be the last day you can file, and it must be in person. This is per RSA 669:19, 652:20, all candidates who file on the last day of the filing period shall do so in person before the school district clerk.

Hey Milton families! A quick reminder about the concerts this week: The MES Concert is on Wed, 12/20, starting at 5:30 pm (students arrive at 5:00 pm). The Nute Concert is Thur, 12/21, starting at 6:00 pm (required for our music students). Both concerts are in the Nute Gymnasium
Good morning Milton families. Due to the after effects of Monday’s storm, the Red Sox bus will be running behind approximately 5 - 10 minutes. We also are unable to access the dirt parts of Hare and Tenerife Roads currently. Please travel safely this morning.
Important notification for Milton School District families: Due to road closures (Governor's, Jug Hill, Willey, White Mountain Hwy at the DOT shed), buses can't reach these areas by dismissal times. If your family is affected, contact your school with alternative pickup arrangements. Thanks, and travel safely.

This is a reminder for Milton School District families that the MES Holiday Children's Shopping Event will take place on Wednesday, Dec. 13th, during school hours. Students may bring no more than $3 to shop for a parent, guardian, or sibling.
A reminder for all Milton School District families that the PTA Jingle Ball Dance will take place on Friday, December 8th, from 6-8 pm in the Nute Cafeteria. All are welcome, and participants are encouraged to come in their favorite holiday attire.
The Milton School District will have a two hour delay on Monday December 4th. Please travel safely, if you need to travel.

The Milton PTA Turkey Raffle is at Nute today, Friday, 11/17, at 6 pm. Bring quarters & small bills for chances to win prize baskets(25¢ a ticket), 50/50 $1 each or 6 for $5, and a dessert table offering 3 items for $1. This is a family-friendly event, or feel free to come alone.
